About me
Lawyer, mediator and participant in the Legal Doctoral Seminar at Kozminski University in Warsaw.

Speaker at and organiser of national and international academic conferences. Author of the peer-reviewed academic monograph “Public-Private Partnership in the Functioning of Local Government Units” and numerous academic publications. He has developed his expertise through educational programmes organised, among others, by academic institutions such as Harvard University and Santa Clara University.
His research interests focus on business, medical and administrative law, as well as European Union law. He previously cooperated with a constitutional legislative authority, gaining valuable experience in legislative processes. He also served on the Youth Council of Justice advising the Minister of Justice.
He is currently a member of the supervisory body of the Sopot Equestrian Club - the largest equestrian club in Poland - combining legal and organisational activity with an interest in sport.
