Speaker at and organiser of national and international academic conferences. Author of the peer-reviewed monograph “Public-Private Partnership in the Functioning of Local Government Units” and numerous academic publications. He has further developed his expertise through educational programmes organised, among others, by academic institutions including Harvard University and Santa Clara University.
His research interests focus on business, medical and administrative law, as well as European Union law. He previously cooperated with a constitutional legislative authority, gaining experience in legislative processes. He also served on the Youth Council of Justice advising the Minister of Justice. He is currently a member of the supervisory body of the Sopot Equestrian Club - Poland's largest equestrian club - combining legal and organisational activity with an interest in sport.
